Are You Feeling…
Constantly on edge, as though your body won’t fully relax?
Overwhelmed by anxiety, intrusive memories, or emotions that feel bigger than you expect?
Exhausted from holding it together on the outside while something inside feels unsettled?
When past experiences continue to shape how safe the world feels, in your thoughts, your body, or your relationships, it can be confusing and isolating. These responses are not signs of weakness or that something is wrong. They are often signs that your system has been trying to protect you. You don’t have to navigate that alone.
How I Can Help
I offer specialist support for anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and trauma-related difficulties, including experiences that may feel intense or hard to put into words. Together, we work gently to reduce overwhelm, build emotional steadiness, and help your experiences make more sense.
Therapy With Me Can Help You:
Feel more grounded and less reactive; Understand and soften self-critical patterns; Regulate your nervous system; Process trauma safely and at your pace; Reconnect with a steadier sense of yourself.

My Approach
My work is person-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also integrate my training as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist, bringing in mind–body awareness where helpful.
I see thoughts, emotions, and bodily responses as deeply connected. Sometimes talking is enough. Sometimes the body needs support to feel safe again. We move at a pace that feels manageable, always guided by your experience.
I have experience working with complex trauma and more severe mental health presentations, and I bring calm, steadiness, and respect to even the most overwhelming experiences.

Working Together
I work particularly well with people who:
- Are living with anxiety or post-traumatic stress
- Feel emotionally or physically overwhelmed
- Experience intense reactions that feel confusing or frightening
- Appear to function well but feel internally dysregulated
- Want an approach that combines evidence-based therapy with mind–body awareness.
